Christmas Bauble Card - DT Korthobby.no

Hello my lovelies! We are fast approaching Christmas and I'm haven't done nearly as much as I wanted to have done this time in December, and it doesn't seem like I'm going to get everything done anyways.. SO.. Let me share a card I made instead! :)

There's a new challenge over at the Korthobby.no challenge blog (Norwegain site) and I made a little something with some of korthobby's gorgeous trinkets.

For this card I've used papers from Magiczna Kartka that Korthobby has in her store. I diecutted with a spellbinders bauble dies and really had some fun with it!

This months challenges is "Christmas with Metals from Korthobby.no".

So I dicuted out the bauble and some circles, including the photo of this sweet little girl. I also added some cheese cloth in there.

I've used metal snowflakes in different types and sizes from Korthobby.no, including some bells that's tied in with the bow on top. I alsoo diecuted out som snowflakes in glitter foam paper and added flowers. Everything is covered with snowflake paste from Prima to get that frosty feel.

I didn't do much on the insides but you can see the shape of the card at least :)

I'm joining in these challenges with my little bauble card:

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today :) Have an awesome day!

O'Christmas time - Cards

Hello everyone... It's a sad day in the scrapbook community today. My beloved boss at the Flying Unicorns died yesterday. The whole creative team is really sad and in utter shock about this news. Our little scrapbook world has lost a wonderful and generous person and I'm happy to have know her for this past year as a Flying Unicorn Team Member. Rest in Peace sweet Alda Stevens.

Ok.. I wanted to share a card today too.. So I'm going to do that :) I have not one, but two cards today. They are very very similar and was one of my class cards this year. :)

This year I made a class using some of the older Maja Design papers. I added loads of frost embellishments like real pinecones :)

They are a tad diffrent. I've used different flowers and mini embellishements. I've used a couple of punches too :) And the picture is from two different collections.

The background paper is from the Maja Design collection - A gift for you. The picture is from the newest christmas collection. I've used snowflake paste on the egdes.

On this card I did some stamping and embossing as well.. just because this paper was more plain than the other one. :) I also added a bigger flower. But they are basically the same cards made by the same materials.

I'm joining these challenges with my card:

Thank you for stopping by today! :) Hugs to you all :)

Mixed Media Notebook - Live Ustream Show - DT Scrapberry's

Hello everyone! Today I want to share with you my little notebook I made with loads of Scrapberry's supplies and mixed media products Live on the Artists Live Ustream Channel. It's a christmassy project and it can be used for anything.

I made my book with Scrapberry's Christmas paper from last years line. These papers are called: "That Special time of the Year" line.

I also made a shakerbox in the top right corner and added loads of detail. If you would like to see the process of making this, please take a look at the video below.

I used a whole list of Scrapberry's products. If you would like to see the products used please go to my post on the Scrapberry's blog.

A little closeup of the shaker box on the book that I've cut out from one of the diecuts in the diecut sheet found in the collection. All of the embellishements are also from Scrapberry's.

Thank you so much for stopping by me today and make sure to visit the Scrapberry's blog for more projects and fabolous inspiration.

Christmas Card

Hello everyone, taking a little brake from my Finnabair class posts (mainly because it's to dark to take any good photos) and showing you a Christmas card I made about a month ago.

So the photo I've used is one photo we got handed to us when I made this card. I was at a crop at Tingvoll, Norway. I love that crop! We had to make a christmas card and it had to be made after a sketch. I haven't shown this card to anyone yet. So it's your lucky day people! :)

I made a easel card with papers from Blue Fern Studios and Prima, basically some leftovers I had on my desk. The Chipboards both the circle and the "god jul" is both from SnipArt.

The flowers are from Papirdesign, Wild Orchid and Prima. The pinecones are real little pinecones I've picked in my backyard. I aslo added a bark star and punched out Holly leaves with a Marta Stewart Punch.

I covered the flowers with gesso and snowflake paste from Prima. Also added some blings from the "Sweet Peppermint" Collection.

The insides I've stamped with a christmas stamp from Papirdesign. And added a little sticker from the "Sweet Peppermint" collection.

I'm joining these challenges with my card:
