Nytt kort på bloggen her i dag. Jeg var med å arrangere et online treff i helgen, og en av oppgavene var å la seg inspirere av et litt røft, maskulint kort med lyspærer på. Jeg lot meg inspirere og kom opp med dette. 

 Jeg virkelig digger dette stempelsettet fra Aall & Create som heter "Steampunk Alchemist". Lyspærene er stemplet og klipt ut. Deretter distresset med Hickory Smoke, black soot, walnut stain og mustard seed distress ink. Lyspærene i chipboard er fra Snipart. 

Hadde litt små gear, microperler og glassperler som dekor. Som alltid, avslutter med klistremerker fra Papirdesign.

The Proffessor - Herrekort - DT Korthobby

Det er mandag, vinterferie og litt overskya her i Trøndelagen, så vi holder oss under teppet. Tenkte jeg kunne dele et kort jeg har sysslet med for en liten stund tilbake, der jeg koste meg med masse deilige Tim Holtz produkter. 

 Stempelplaten jeg har brukt er fra Tim Holtz og heter "The Proffessor", den er helt super til tøffe mannekort! 

Stemplet proffessoren på akvarellpapir, og fargela raskt med litt distress ink. Jeg liker at den skal være shabby og grungy. Taggen bak proffessoren er farget av kaffe, og brukt en stencil for å lage mønster. 

Tannhjulene er stanset ut av den Sizzix dies og farget med rustpasta fra Finnabair. Jeg har lagt til pynt fra Tim Holtz, og prikkene er embossingpulver og litt splash ink! fra 13@rts. 

Selve kortet er en resinkonvolutt som jeg har dekorert. Lukkemekanisken er en knapp med tråd.

Gentleman's Card - DT Crafty Moly

Hello! 3rd Day Streak on my blog this week, back with a card made for Crafty Moly. Last month I made a card for a 70 year old for my husbands grandmother. And it turned out that it was for a man, not for a woman. So I made another one for her.

This card features loads of Crafty Moly Chipboards and papers from Echo Park. I even added a little soda can top in the corner. Do you see it?

I've fuzzycut some elements out from the papers. The mustache is from Korthobby.no and I've splashed with some Tattered Angels - Glimmer glam. I also added a Maya Road linen page from an album I had laying around.

For a Gentleman - Card

I've been doing loads of teaching lately and one of these cards was a masculine card in Steampunk style. I taught this card at Trøndersaksa and at Bikuben.

I've used LOADS of metal charms and trinkets on my card. You can get mostly all of the metal trinkets at korthobby.no.

This card is perfect to make with those scrap pieces of paper we all get loads of. I collage them together and I've pulled around loads of string witch I fastend with a stapler. Die-cutted out some wings and a gear from Tim Holtz dies and embossed them with embossing powder.

I've also made another card with the same design, but I used different papers. It just shows how easy it is to use scrap papers to make your card.

On this card I've used papers from BoBunny and the cut outs are from Graphic45 :)

Steampunk Tag - DT Marion Smith Designs

Yesterday I showed you a Shadowbox I made for the Marion Smith Designs and Petaloo Bloghop/Swap. I also made a matching tag, witch I showing you today:)

I do love the newest paperlines from Marion Smith Designs! They are GORGEOUS. "Timekeeper" s fantastic! :) I've used different scraps of paper from the collection and put together a tag. 

I've used petaloo sugar blooms, and velvet flowers from Petaloo also. I added gears and bits and pieces to make my tag. I love layers and clustering. Added some colorlab teal color on top and glimmer glam "Stiletto". Also added yellow Ecoline.

Shadowbox - DT Marion Smith Designs

Hello and good saturday evening everyone! :) Today it's my turn on the Marion Smith Designs blog. We did a blog swap/hop with Petaloo and I recived the most gorgeous Petaloo flowers. We had a theme going on and that was graduation or fathers day. Or fathers day here in Norway isn't due until november.. But here are my fathers day themed Shadowbox.

I've really enjoyed making this I have to say. Steampunk pieces is fun! :) I've used products from Marion Smith Designs "Timekeeper" collection, and Petaloo flowers.

The shadowbox was an old card case. I painted the whole thing with  Finnabair's black gesso and Texture Paste Graphite. I added microbeads to the wet paint. The papers used are from the awesome steampunk collection from MSD called "Timekeeper". I've aslo encluded gears, screws and different metal pieces. The flowers are of course petaloo this time.
