Hello my sweets! It's yet another day and my turn at Marion Smiths Designteam blog. I made another shadowbox for today but this time I did a Halloween project! oh yes.. It's all about the spooks and scares today :)
I do love to make this shadowboxes even though they are small, they actually do take quite sometime to make! It's just soo many small embellishment in one piece.
I've used papers in the background from
Marion Smith Designs "Wicked Times" Collection and the Skeleton - witch I think is just super cool - is also Marion Smith. I've also used junque and gems tear drop gems, bottles and flowers.
I've painted the shadowbox with black gesso, added colorlab pigment into white gesso and created the orange and purple paint. I added a coat of white gesso to the skeleton and the whole box is covered in crackle paint. Still not sure if I like it or not. Oh well.. painted is painted...
