Enamel dots fra Simple and Basic.

Lag deg selv en nydelig søndag!

Birthday Card - DT Marion Smith Designs

Hello everyone.. Back today to show you a birthday card made as DT Marion Smith Designs. I've taken the liking to make cards this past month.. I do still  enjoy very much making layouts, but I think it's mainly seasonal with my cardmaking. And I tend to make a lot of cards in the winter months. Anyways.. this is what I wanted to share today.

I've made this card by just using scrap pieces of paper. This is what it's all about right? Scrapbooking. The stamps are from Ett Trykk, and the chipboard are Blue Fern.

I've used papers from different lines to put together my card. I think there are some junque gypsey in there, and maybe some romance novel all the papers are from Marion Smith including the butterfly cut out and the litte super pretty pointy heart arrow charm.

I'm joining in these challenges with my card:

Thank you so much for stopping by me today :)

Halloween Shadowbox DT Marion Smith Designs

Hello my sweets! It's yet another day and my turn at Marion Smiths Designteam blog. I made another shadowbox for today but this time I did a Halloween project! oh yes.. It's all about the spooks and scares today :)

I do love to make this shadowboxes even though they are small, they actually do take quite sometime to make! It's just soo many small embellishment in one piece.

I've used papers in the background from Marion Smith Designs "Wicked Times" Collection and the Skeleton - witch I think is just super cool - is also Marion Smith. I've also used junque and gems tear drop gems, bottles and flowers.

I've painted the shadowbox with black gesso, added colorlab pigment into white gesso and created the orange and purple paint. I added a coat of white gesso to the skeleton and the whole box is covered in crackle paint. Still not sure if I like it or not. Oh well.. painted is painted...

Thank you so much for joing me today! I'd love to hear what you think :)

A sweet Card - DT Marion Smith Designs

Hello Everyone.. I'm sorry to admit that my blog this month has been quite neglected. I've had sooo seriously much stuff to do and It doesn't seem to stop until the mid of October. But I'm here today to show you my latest project for Marion Smith Designs.

I've made a scrap card.. I love to make those out of small pieces you have left from other projects. Why throw away something when you can make a card from it.

Isn't this resin rose just so lush? I really wanted to put this on a card. It makes the card really heavy, so it wouldn't be something you could mail to your friend without beeing ruined at the post office. I added some microbeads and pearls, some other flowers and some twine.

This little bling heart is also a Marion Smith Desings embellishement. Soo sweet.

I'm joining in these challenges with this card:

Thank you so much for joining me here on my blog today! I hope to get my blogging together so I can show you some of my more projects. :)

It's your Story - Layout DT Marion Smith

Hello everyone! It's my day over at the Marion Smith Designs blog and I've made my first video tutorial for MSD! Soo excited! Marion Smith has gorgeous paper and embellishment. Not to forget that Colorlab is SO fun to work with! :)

I've used papers for the "Posh" Collection. I've also used Junque and gems and Marion's beautiful flowers that match the collection! She also has some that's easy to color like you want them with colorlab.

This is a picture of some of my family members. I do love them on that motorbike! So awesome. I did loooads of stamping, gesso's and colorlab on this. I work loads on my background this time. I've fuzzy cut all the paper from the Posh collection and added the die-cuts to my page. If you'd like to see how I made this layout, please take a look at my tutorial video down below. :)

The colors I used in this video is Tea Stain, the recipe is in the booklet you get when you buy colorlab. I also used a color I call dirty pink witch I made myself. I took basis of one of the pink recepies you get and added a bit of brown. :)
Look at that beautiful flower! The birds nest is a junque and gem from MSD, also the large Rhinestone. Gorgeous! :) The stamps used are mainly from Marion Smith Designs. Go check out all their products here.

Thank you so much for joining me today and I would looove a comment on my project!

#Selfie - Layout DT MSD

Oh yes! It's Saturday, the sun is shining and it's my Marion Smith Designs Saturday! I have made a layout I'd like to share today! :)

I loved making this layout.. it just kinda happend. Hahaha.. I got loads of inspiration for Marion's frame paper.. These papers is from the "Motley" collection..

I've used junque and gem roses, gears and a little airballon.. I've played with Blue Fern Studio Chipboar, embossing powders.. Had A Blast making it :)

Did you know that you actually can emboss metall pieces? You do it the same way as you emboss on paper ,witch by the way I did loads on my page. Just put the metall piece on the embossing pillow, add the powder and heat! But be careful, the metall gets real hot so make sure you don't burn your fingers :) This little metall gear used to be bright silver.

The white polka dots is a stamp from 3rd Eye and they are all embossed on..

Thank you for stopping by me today! Leave me a comment and I'll leave on back! :) Have a fantasticly create saturday! :)

I love fuzzy cutting and I cut out this spool and a spool top. I also used some other images found in the Garment district 6x6" paper pad. Punched out some leaves in a little left over Nirvana Collection paper piece and glued them on. Tucked some pieces with the white glitter stems in with the leaves. For my norwegian readers: Bikuben har fortsatt en god del av disse Marion Smith Designs produktene! Ta en titt i nettbutikken.

Solbriller - Layout Marion Smith Designs

Oh yes! My turn today over at the Marion Smith Designs blog and this time I made a layout with the awesome Nirvana Collection.

I just love this picture of my son Collin. This was taken in Spain last year and he looks sooo cool in this newly purchased sunglasses..The tittle is a norwegian song lyric and sounds kinda cheesy in English. But roughly translated it means: "I have to have my sunglasses on" :)

I've used a couple of different papers form the Nirvana Collection, and layered them up! Love Layers. My background is Art Anthology Gesso & Velvet.

I've tried to take a pictue of the layers on my layout. I also love to fuzzy cut flowers and other potential embellishments from the papers.

This little sweet camera piece is also a Marion Smith Designs embellishment.. It's actually a charm, but I hid the loop under the paper, Don't you just love this?

Oh well.. that's all I had for today!:) Have a fantastic Monday and thanks for stopping by :)
